o prove that He rose from the dead that first Easter
morning, Jesus appeared to individual people outdoors
and indoors. Over the years, skeptics have dismissed
the resurrection as a fallacy, claiming that the body of Christ
was stolen by the brokenhearted disciples before His
placement in the tomb. However, the truth, according to the
Scriptures, is that Jesus died for our sins and was buried, but
He arose and appeared outside the tomb to Mary Magdalene
and other women. The risen Christ also appeared inside to
His disciples gathered in the upper room. While they were
there, He provided tangible evidence to prove that He was not
a ghost and that they were not hallucinating. Jesus told
Thomas to examine His hands and side so he would know for
himself that He was real. He then ate fish in their presence to
