If we knew the Lord woke us up, watched over us, and started
us on our way, we should say something. When we must
travel safely from place to place under God9s protection, we
should say something because we have seen His goodness.
In a world flooded with bad news, accidents, problems, and
break-ins, it is refreshing to testify that the Lord has kept us
safe from disasters because He is good. If God has been
good to you, you should say so.
Heavenly Father, the authorities in our society have
heightened our awareness of potential threats to our safety to
the point that we will report anything suspicious we see, even
if we are not sure. But we know what we9ve seen and heard
regarding the gospel of Jesus Christ. It would be a crime of a
spiritual kind not to share what we KNOW to be true. Give us
the same kind of urgency to convey this lifesaving news. In
Jesus9 name, Amen.
